The information and assignments in this text support co-enrollment in a freshman Composition course, but could also be used in a stand-alone ESOL program. The text is arranged in four parts: Part 1, College Writing; Part 2, Readings and Reading Strategies for College-level Work; Part 3, Research Strategies and Documenting Research; Part 4, Grammar, Sentence Structure, and Mechanics.
